I just wanted to tell you what a hit the cupcakes that I ordered were! I ordered three dozen cupcakes for a meeting of the Okanagan Water Stewardship Council - an advisory body to the Okanagan Basin Water Board - held on Thursday April 9. The reason we ordered cupcakes for this meeting is that it was a celebration of three year milestone and the change-over of the Chair of the council. We wanted to do something a little 'special' for this meeting to distinguish it as a significant event. We weren't enthused about doing a stereotypical cake (mediocre frosting, only one flavour and usually large) and so we turned to the idea of doing cupcakes; boy are we glad we did! The flavour choices were impressive, unique and all tasted incredible! The cake quality was perfect - moist enough yet held together well and the frostings were awesome! Everyone in attendance appreciated them. Thank you very much - I have already told a few people about you!

I wanted to send along a thank you. I had a very busy day yesterday, ending with a tree decorating extravaganza at The Grand. As I left the building (after spending 10 hours with six year olds) I was handed a lovely white box tied with beautiful red ribbon. My husband will attest to how excited I was when I opened it and found 10 little delicious cupcakes inside! (I started with a black forest one.)

Ladies - the KTM Cupcake was a hit! We have pictures of it, I just don't have any here at the office. There was not a cupcake left at the end of the night and the fella whose bike it was, didn't want anyone to eat it. He wanted to take it home!

The cupcakes were delicious! The customers loved them!
Your delivery was also exceptional – it’s so nice when things are on time and the cupcakes were very carefully and neatly put into boxes. Each cupcake looked perfect! You’d think with 1200 cupcakes a few of them would be slightly sloppy, but you all take such pride in that you do – that’s something to be proud of!
We will definitely be calling you for our next event!

Last night you graciously provided cupcakes (coplimentary!) to a young lady who stopped by your business as you were locking up. She brought them into work this morning to celebrate a colleagues birthday. The cupcakes are fabulous! So yummy! I will be sharing this with friends in Kelowna - excellent customer service and an trial opportunity. I am planning to come by tomorrow sometime and purchase some for a weekend function. Thank you for a great start to our day!
